Linear cutter specially designed for cutting sausage pâtés or terrines. Cylindrical, trapezoidal, rectangular, etc.

Optional thruster system to cut pieces seperately, without waste.

Weight electronically adjusted to the nearest 0,1 milimetres.

Standard production of 50 cuts per minute.

Other programmes are optional.

Made entirely of stainless steel.
